I’m excited to share my last 2014 wedding here on the blog tonight! I loved photographing Amanda and Dan’s wedding – it was beautiful, elegant, and fun all rolled up into one memorable day! I met up with the wedding party at First United Methodist Church in Holland, which has a gorgeous and dramatic sanctuary space perfect for their ceremony. The reception to follow was at Mosaic Space in downtown Grand Rapids. Some of my favorite moments were the first dances during the reception. I’m a sucker for moments like those and especially love photographing all of the unscripted laughter and tears that happen during these dances. I also LOVED the cake centerpieces – so creative and delicious! Here are some highlights from their day to enjoy. You’re right- the sanctuary does provide a dramatic backdrop! So neat looking! The image are gorgeous- so clear and clean. Beautiful job!
