When I think about what I love about wedding photography (and weddings in general), it’s not about the details of the day, how beautiful the venue was, or the sunshine, but the fresh start it is in making a new family. The bride and groom are now a family and many grow their families in the years to come following the wedding day. I’ve been married now for 6 years and have two children and whenever days are rough I let my mind return to my wedding day – how I felt and what I anticipated in marriage, the commitment I made to my husband and him to me. That is the beauty in the wedding day. I loved being a part of the very first day of this new family of Sara and Brian. Sara looked gorgeous (loved her dress!), the details of the day were indeed charming and beautiful, and most importantly, the people were wonderful. Their families and friends were so clearly by their side and giving them so much love and support! They had a day full of fun, tears, laughter, commitment, and love. I am so happy for this wonderful couple and hope they are blessed beyond degree in the coming years! Thank you so much for having me a small part of your wedding!
